By using Ansview, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Ansview is a SaaS platform that aggregates online reviews from third-party platforms (Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Facebook), provides sentiment analysis, and delivers alerts and analytics. We act as a data aggregator — we do not create, modify, or delete reviews on these platforms.

2. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must not share your credentials with unauthorized parties
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Ansview

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Ansview to generate or post fake reviews
  • Scrape or extract data beyond what the platform provides
  • Violate the terms of service of connected review platforms
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform

4. Billing & Subscriptions

Free accounts remain free indefinitely. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis for annual plans within 14 days of purchase.

5. Data Ownership

You own your account data and business information. Review data originates from third-party platforms and is subject to their terms. We claim no ownership over your data and will return or delete it upon request.

6. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance. Review sync depends on third-party platform availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ansview is provided “as is.” We are not liable for decisions made based on data displayed in the platform, third-party platform changes that affect data availability, or indirect damages arising from service use.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
